LVE Orion II V1 cartridges: replacement tanks

The LVE Orion II V1 cartridges allow you to replace the original tank of the Orion II kit. They accommodate first-generation Orion II replaceable coils and feature a top-filling system.

Made from PCTG, they are supplied as a pack of two empty cartridges with a smoked finish. Coils are sold separately.

A 4.5 ml tank with top filling

Each Orion II V1 cartridge has a capacity of 4.5 ml in this version. The tank is filled from the top using a screw cap.

This system allows the cartridge to be refilled without having to remove it from the device every time. It also makes it easier to monitor filling and close the tank.

Orion II V1 cartridge compatibility

These cartridges are designed to accommodate LVE Orion II V1 coils. They must not be confused with Orion II V2 cartridges, which use a different generation of coils.

V1 and V2 cartridges can be used on certain compatible Orion II devices, but coils from each generation are not interchangeable between V1 and V2 tanks.

These cartridges are not intended for older Orion DNA Go or Orion Q devices from Lost Vape.

How do you fill an Orion II cartridge?

1. Unscrew the filling cap on top of the cartridge.
2. Insert the bottle nozzle into the filling port.
3. Slowly pour in the e-liquid without exceeding the tank capacity.
4. Carefully screw the cap back on.
5. If a new coil has just been fitted, wait approximately five minutes before use.

How do you replace an Orion II cartridge?

1. Switch off your Orion II kit.
2. Unlock the cartridge using the mechanism provided on the device.
3. Carefully remove the old tank.
4. Fit a compatible Orion II V1 coil into the new cartridge.
5. Fill the tank and close its cap.
6. Put the cartridge back into the device until it clicks into place.

Why replace an Orion II cartridge?

A cartridge may need replacing if it develops a crack, becomes distorted, has damaged seals or continues to leak. Having an additional tank also means you have a spare cartridge available.

Before replacing it, check the cartridge generation and the condition of the coil in use.
