E-pipe accessories

E-pipe accessories: maintain and complete its electronic pipe

The accessories for e-pipe may supplement, maintain or replace certain elements of an electronic pipe. Clearomisers, bits, batteries, chargers and resistors must be selected according to the technical characteristics of each model.

At RoyalCig find a selection of accessories for electronic pipes, especially for French artisanal models Créavap: Bent, Billiard, Dublin and Gandalf. The choice of parts depends on the configuration of the device and equipment already used.

An electronic wooden pipe may be associated with different accessories, but its compatibility must never be determined solely by their appearance.

Which accessories to choose for an e-pipe Créavap?

The Créavap electronic pipes exist in several formats and modes of operation. The Bent and Billiard 18350, Dublin 18650 and Gandalf DNA 60 versions do not all have the same features.

Before choosing an accessory, check in particular:

• The exact reference of your e-pipe.
• The Accu format accepted by the device.
• The connection and diameter of the cleaner.
• The electrical compatibility of the resistance.
• The characteristics of the charger used.
• The dimensions and attachment system of the tips.

The information contained in the manufacturer's instructions must always be respected.

Electronic pipe cleaners

The cleaner for e-pipe is the element that contains the e-liquid and hosts the resistance intended to heat it.

Some Créavap complete kits at RoyalCig include a Innokin Zlide D22, clearometer mainly for indirect inhalation (MTL).

The Zlide D22 has a diameter of 22 mm and uses compatible resistors from the Innokin Z-Coil family. Depending on the configurations proposed, it can be available in black finish or steel.

Before installing another cleaner on an e-pipe, check its connection, diameter and electrical characteristics.

Resistances compatible with e-pipes

One resistance for electronic pipe shall be compatible with the cleaner used and with the electrical characteristics of the e-pipe.

On mechanical models, such as some Bent, Billiard and Dublin, particular attention must be paid to the electrical resistance and current required from the accumulator.

The Gandalf DNA 60has a regulated electronic, but the recommended power range for each resistance must also be respected.

In particular, worn resistance can cause a deterioration of flavours or a burning taste. Replace it according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Accus 18350 and 18650 for e-pipes Créavap

Accu 18350 for Bent and Billiard

The e-pipes Bent 18350 and Billiard 18350use 18350 removable batteries, selected according to the manufacturer's electrical requirements.

Not only the format, but also the permissible discharge current and the condition of the accumulator must be checked.

Accu 18650 for Dublin and Gandalf

Versions Dublin 18650and Gandalf DNA 60The data subject uses an accu in format 18650.

An 18650 battery is not interchangeable with an 18350 battery. These formats have different dimensions and characteristics.

Security:never use a damaged, deformed or deteriorated insulating shell. Carry removable batteries in a suitable insulating case, never in bulk with metal objects.

Chargers for electronic pipes

One charger for e-pipe must be compatible with La Technology lithium-ion and the characteristics of the battery used.

Some external chargers accept several formats, including 18350 and 18650, but this compatibility must be verified for each model.

Compact chargers at one location, such as some XTAR Slim K1 family references, can be suitable for batteries compatible with their specifications.

The charging current shall comply with the recommendations of the battery manufacturer. A small battery must not automatically be recharged with the same parameters as a larger battery.

Do not leave the charge unattended and never use a damaged charger.

Electronic pipes and tubes

The electronic pipe tip, sometimes called stem contributes to the appearance and use of the e-pipe.

The tips exist in different shapes and lengths. Some electronic pipe models have a specific tip, while other configurations use a rip tip compatible with the installed cleaner.

Cap for e-pipe Gandalf

The Gandalf DNA 60is notably known for its long Churchwarden Stem, which participates in its characteristic silhouette.

A replacement tip shall correspond to the fixing characteristics and dimensions provided for the model concerned.

Drip tips for e-pipe cleaners

Some cleaners use removable rip tips. Connection formats, including 510, must be checked before selecting a replacement tip.

The fact that a rip tip has a standard format does not guarantee its compatibility with all filling or closing mechanisms.

Specific accessories and replacement parts Créavap

Handcrafted e-pipes may also include specific components, such as connection elements, control parts and finishing elements.

These pieces are not necessarily universal. An intervention on the switch, electrical contacts or power supply system shall comply with the manufacturer's instructions.

For specific parts Créavap, check the exact reference of the model and the availability of a suitable original part.

Do not perform improvised electrical modification on a mechanical or regulated electronic pipe.

How to maintain its wooden electronic pipe?

One Handcrafted wooden electronic pipe requires maintenance that respects the natural characteristics of the material.

Avoid immersing the body of the pipe, exposing it to excessive moisture or cleaning it with abrasive products.

A soft cloth is generally suitable for outdoor maintenance, subject to the manufacturer's recommendations for finishing.

The cleaner and its removable parts shall be maintained separately according to their own instructions. Electronic components and batteries must never be immersed in water.

What difference between the accessories of a mechanical and regulated e-pipe?

The mechanical e-pipes do not have the same electronic protections as a regulated pipe. The characteristics of the battery, the strength and the electrical connections must therefore be checked with particular attention.

On one Gandalf DNA 60, the electronic chipset ensures regulation according to the functions provided by the manufacturer. However, it is still necessary to use compatible accessories and to respect the operating ranges.

A mechanically compatible accessory is not automatically electrically compatible.

Accessories suitable for Bent, Billiard, Dublin and Gandalf models

Each Créavap model presents its particularities:

• Bent 18350:curved shape, mechanical operation and 18350 format battery.
• Billion 18350:traditional straight silhouette, mechanical operation and 18350 accu.
• Dublin 18650:evasive bowl, mechanical operation and accu 18650.
• Gandalf DNA 60:elongated silhouette, electronic regulated and accuu 18650.

The accessory requirements also depend on the cleaner and the configuration actually mounted on the pipe.
