Replacement Pyrex glass

Electronic cigarette Pyrex: replace the glass with its cleaner

The pyrex for electronic cigarettes is a glass tank used on many cleaners. It allows you to contain the e-liquid and to visualize its level. In case of breakage, cracking or deterioration, some cleaners can only replace the glass without changing the entire equipment.

At RoyalCig find our selection of replacement pyrex for cleaner. Each glass is designed for specific models, so it is important to check the brand, reference and exact version of your cleaner before ordering.

A replacement glass shall correspond to the dimensions and assembly system provided by the manufacturer. Two pyrexes of similar appearance are not necessarily interchangeable.

How to choose a pyrex compatible with its cleaner?

The compatibility of pyrex is the first criterion of choice. An inadequate tank can prevent the cleaner from being properly assembled or may compromise its watertightness.

Before choosing your glass, check the following points:

• The mark:Identify the manufacturer of your cleaner.
• The exact model:Some ranges include several generations with different dimensions.
• The version:The variations of the same cleaner may use separate tanks.
• The shape of the glass:straight, curved or other specific form.
• Dimensions:height and diameter must correspond to the equipment.
• The joints:their presence and position must allow good sealing.

The best way to identify the right pyrex is to consult the exact reference given on the product sheet or in the manufacturer's documentation.

Straight or curved pyrex: what differences?

The right pyrex

One Right pyrex for electronic cigarettes has a cylindrical shape. It corresponds to the design of many cleaners and must present the dimensions foreseen for the model concerned.

Its capacity depends in particular on its height, its diameter and the internal components of the tank.

Bubble or curved pyrex

One pyrex bubble has a curved central part. On some cleaners, this shape may allow a different capacity than that of straight glass.

However, it should not be assumed that a curved pyrex is compatible with all cleaners. Its shape, dimensions and capacity must correspond to a version explicitly provided by the manufacturer and to the rules applicable to the product sold.

When should the pyrex of an electronic cigarette be replaced?

One Cleaner glass shall be replaced when there is a crack, breakage or deterioration likely to compromise its use.

Even a small crack can evolve with manipulations and cause e-liquid leakage.

It is not advisable to continue using a damaged tank. In the event of a breakage, stop using the device and replace the glass before it returns to service.

An intact pyrex does not require a systematic periodic replacement: its condition should only be monitored when maintaining the cleaner.

How do I replace the pyrex of a cleaner?

The replacement depends on the cleaner design. On models with a demountable glass container, a general procedure consists of:

1. Turn off the electronic cigarette and remove the cleaner when required by the manufacturer.
2. Empty the tank if necessary and carefully handle the equipment.
3. Demonstrate only the parts intended to access the glass.
4. Gently remove the old pyrex and remove any glass fragments without injury.
5. Check the condition and position of the seals.
6. Install the new compatible pyrex without excessive pressure.
7. Reassemble the cleaner in accordance with the package leaflet and check its sealing before use.

Important:This procedure remains indicative. Some cleaners are not designed to allow the glass to be replaced separately. Always refer to the manufacturer's instructions.

Why are joints important when replacing a pyrex?

The Cleaner gaskets ensure the sealing between the glass container and other components.

A pinched, moved, worn or deteriorated joint can cause leakage, even when the installed pyrex is compatible.

When replacing the glass, check the presence and proper positioning of the seals. If they need to be replaced, use parts adapted to the cleaner model.

You must never force the winding to compensate for a glass or a joint of incorrect dimensions.

Broken Pyrex: Do we need to change the whole cleaner?

Not necessarily. On many models, the Pyrex tank is a detachable part which can be replaced individually.

This possibility, however, depends on the construction of the cleaner and the availability of a compatible replacement glass.

If other elements are damaged, such as threads, the closure system or the parts that ensure leakproofness, a more complete replacement may be required.

How to clean an electronic cigarette pyrex?

Appropriate maintenance allows the disposal of e-liquid residues and the control of the general condition of the tank.

When authorised by the manufacturer, a fully disassembled pyrex can be cleaned separately with warm water, then thoroughly rinsed and dried before winding.

Avoid thermal shocks, abrasive objects and unrecommended cleaning products.

Electronic components, batteries and batteries must never be immersed. Resistances shall be maintained only as directed by their manufacturer.

What pyrex for Aspire, Innokin or Vaporesso cleaners?

Electronic cigarette manufacturers offer different ranges of cleaners and replacement tanks.

Pyrex for cleaner Aspire

The Aspire cleaners, especially those of the Nautilus family, exist in several versions. It is essential to identify the exact reference to select a compatible glass.

Pyrex for cleaner Innokin

Some Innokin cleaners have specific replacement parts. For Zenith or Zlide ranges, the replacement possibilities and compatible references depend on the model concerned.

Pyrex for cleaner Vaporesso

The Vaporesso cleaners also use tanks whose dimensions vary by range and generation. Check the data sheet before ordering.

These brands are given as examples of manufacturers: the availability of lenses and references at RoyalCig depends on the proposed catalogue.

Pyrex and electronic pipes Créavap

The Créavap electronic pipes can be equipped with compatible cleaners depending on the model and configuration chosen.

Some full configurations offered by RoyalCig use the Zlide D22 Innokin. In the event of deterioration of the tank, the replacement possibilities provided for this cleaner must be checked.

The compatibility of a pyrex depends on the tank mounted on the electronic pipe, not on the wooden body model Bent, Billiard, Dublin or Gandalf.

Why choose a suitable replacement pyrex?

One pyrex compatible with your electronic cigarette keeps the dimensions and assembly conditions specified by the manufacturer.

It is essential to ensure correct winding and to reduce the risk of leakage due to poor fit.

Before you buy, take the time to compare the reference of the glass with that of your cleaner. In case of doubt, check the manufacturer's information or ask for advice.
