At RoyalCig, online orders are paid for by bank card using the secure Systempay payment solution.
Paying by bank card
When completing your order, you are directed to the secure payment environment to pay for your purchases.
Your payment must be authorised before your order can be fully confirmed and prepared for dispatch.
Protecting your bank card information
The bank card details required to complete your payment are processed by the secure payment solution. RoyalCig does not need to access or store your full bank card number.
Information exchanged during the payment process is protected by the security measures implemented by the payment service provider.
Payment confirmation
Depending on the transaction and your bank's security procedures, you may be asked to complete an additional authentication step to authorise the payment.
Once your payment has been accepted and your order confirmed, you will receive information about your purchase at the email address provided during checkout.
