Aegis Legend 5 GeekVape: 200W power with Z Sub-Ohm Tank 5

The Kit Aegis Legend 5 GeekVape continues the evolution of one of the most emblematic ranges of the brand. This new generation combines a powerful and robust electronic box with Z Sub-Ohm Tank 5, a cleaner for direct inhalation and subohm resistance.

Legend 5 works with two accused 18650and develops an adjustable power of5 to 200 W. She's boarding the chipset.AS 4.0, capable of ensuring an announced trigger at only 0.01 seconds.

This version is accompanied by the Z Sub-Ohm Tank 5, with top filling, adjustable upper airflow and 5,5 ml capacity.

Chipset AS 4.0 and power up to 200W

At the heart of the Aegis Legend 5is the AS 4.0 chipset developed by GeekVape.

The power can be adjusted between5 and 200 W. The box accepts a resistance between 0.1 and 2 Ω and delivers up to 45 A with a maximum output voltage announced at 12 V.

The chipset offers a trigger time of0.01 second for a particularly rapid activation of resistance.

Several modes to customize the vape

Legend 5 offers several ways to adapt its operation to user preferences:

• NORMAL:for classic use with power adjustment.

Two charges 18650 to power Legend 5

The Aegis Legend 5works with2 rechargeable 18650 batteries.

Charges are not included in the kit. Use two identical batteries, of the same brand, of the same model, of the same capacity and with a similar level of wear.

The box also has a port USB Type-C.

IP68 protection: Aegis robust DNA

Legend 5 retains one of the emblematic features of the Aegis range with a certified design IP68.

This certification provides enhanced protection against dust and water, while the box design is also designed to better withstand shocks of daily use.

Legend 5 also has the system A-Lock, allowing to quickly lock the device in order to limit unintentional triggers.

TFT display color 1.08 inch

The front face of the Aegis Legend 5 is1.08 Inch color TFT screen.

It allows you to consult the main operating information such as power, strength value, selected mode and battery condition.

GeekVape accompanies this screen with a dynamic lighting system that is part of this generation's new design.

Z Sub-Ohm Tank 5: the new cleaner GeekVape

The Z Sub-Ohm Tank 5Here accompany Legend 5 to form a kit intended mainly for a vape direct inhalation DTL.

The clearometer measures about29 mm diameter for 56.1 mm height and has a drip-tip 810 replaceable.

Its capacity is to5,5 ml in this configuration.

Top-Fill: more practical filling

GeekVape has reviewed the filling system of Z Sub-Ohm Tank 5 with a system Top Push-to-Fill.

Filling is done directly from the top of the cleaner. The system allows quick access to the filling hole while maintaining the Top Cap attached to the tank.

Adjustable upper airflow and leakproof design

The Z Sub-Ohm Tank 5retains one of the characteristic principles of the Z series: an air supply located on the upper part of the cleaner.

This adjustable upper airflow makes it possible to adjust the draw while reducing the risk of leakage from an air supply below the tank.

The Z Sub-Ohm Tank 5 is mainly intended for aerial DTL vape and large steam production.

Resistances Z XM Boost GeekVape

The Z Sub-Ohm Tank 5 is compatible with the resistances of the GeekVape series and in particular the new resistances Z XM Boost Version.

In the Aegis Legend 5 kit configuration, GeekVape provides:

• Z0.15 XM – 0,15 Ω:recommended use between 70 and 85 W.
• Z0.4 XM – 0,4 Ω:recommended use between 50 and 60 W.

These resistors are designed for a subohm vape in direct inhalation with high vapour production.

Attention:the two 18650 batteries necessary for the operation of the box are not provided.

Instructions for use

When installing a new resistance, soak the visible parts of the cotton with a few drops of e-liquid before installing it.

Then fill the Z Sub-Ohm Tank 5 and wait for several minutes so that the cotton is properly impregnated.

Start at moderate power and gradually increase without exceeding the recommended range for the resistance used.

For both charges 18650, always use a pair of identical and in good condition, used and recharged together.
