What is an e-liquid concentrate?

Concentrated flavouring is never used on its own. It must be diluted in a PG/VG base with or without nicotine. Depending on the brand, the recommended dosage varies between 5% and 15%. You then need to give the mixture time to 'steeper' to fully reveal the flavours.
